By when do I have to register for electronic AGM delivery?
If you have registered on Deutsche Bank AG's Shareholder Portal before the deadline of 31 March of a given year, then you will, for the Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Bank AG following your registration, for the first time receive the invitation to the Annual General Meeting at your designated e-mail address. Registrations completed after that date can only be considered for the next Annual General Meeting.
What happens if the electronic AGM invitation cannot be delivered to the e-mail address I have specified?
If, following the electronic delivery of the invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Bank AG, we should receive an error message from the system indicating that the e-mail was not delivered, we will try to send the invitation to the e-mail address you have supplied again. If this also proves not successful we will resend you the invitation by regular mail to your preferred postal address.

My password was blocked after I entered it incorrectly several times. What do I have to do to get online access again?
Please contact our Shareholder Service. Staff there will arrange for your password to be re-activated. Shareholder Service is available Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CEST on (from Germany) 0800-1004798 (toll-free) or (international) +49 6196 8870 704.

Should/can I save my chosen user name and password on my hard drive?
Your own actions can go a long way towards preventing unauthorised access to your data. Prevent third parties from discovering your password and do not store it on your computer.

What technology does Deutsche Bank AG use to guarantee the security of my activity?
Deutsche Bank AG enables you to access the Shareholder Portal via a secure connection. Access to the Shareholder Portal is protected by requiring you to enter your shareholder number and an individual access code. Once activated by entering an activation code, access is protected by a user name and password which you yourself choose.

What do I need to be aware of if the connection to the Shareholder Portal is lost while I am creating my user profile?
Usually you will receive an e-mail containing an activation link and an activation code (in case there are technical issues with the link) after logging in and creating a user name and password. The link and code are valid for 96 hours. Your access to the Shareholder Portal will be activated once you click on the activation link or manually enter the activation code. If you do not receive an e-mail containing an activation link, you can re-enter your e-mail address at the bottom of the activation page and request a new activation code.

What do I need to be aware of if I want to end my session?
You should always leave the application by clicking the "Log out" button. If you do not log out, an unauthorised person may be able to view or manipulate your data on your PC.

How do I receive my login details?

Do you already have your own login for the Shareholder Portal?  Shareholders who have already created a personal login for the Shareholder Portal should log in with the user name and password they chose. If you no longer have these details to hand, please contact Shareholder Service. Contact details are below.
 Don't have a personal login for the Shareholder Portal? Shareholders who have not created a personal login for the Shareholder Portal should log in using the shareholder number and the individual access code provided in the letter inviting shareholders to the 2019 Annual General Meeting. These login details will remain valid until the beginning of March 2020.


Shareholders who wish to set up a personal login outside the AGM season or who, contrary to expectations, have not yet received the AGM letter should contact Shareholder Service. Staff there will be able to assist you.
